Prices All prices can be customised using SSEEdit, but cannot be changed once you have made a save with the mod installed. There's a mod on Nexus that would be perfect for Leonard - I haven't tested it yet, but it's a GEMS approved mod that expands the carriages & ferries - price based on distance and lots of new locations:
