Also beware, that you can not clone the macOS on MacBook's drive to the Mac Mini because the macOS builds are different. Sometimes CarbonCop圜loner or SuperDuper will work and sometimes they won't, cloning with Disk Utility Restore almost never works.

You can also erase and format the SSD, then clone from the old HDD in or out of the Mac Mini, but macOS is fickle and so don't be surprised if you end up having to start over using one of the steps above.

Using packing tape secure this contact point and insulate any areas that could get to close to anything.

This time remove a patch of adhesive where the two strips cross over each other so you can make good contact between the sheets. After you install the memory, confirm that your Mac mini sees the new memory. Reconnect the power cord and any other cables you disconnected. Rotate the cover clockwise to lock it in place.

Replace the bottom cover using the alignment dots to place it in the unlocked position. Take a second strip and do the same across the rail sides. Never operate your Mac mini without the cover in place. Cover the drive with one strip and covers three sides (in a U) starting at the I/O connector and then back. To add shielding go to Home Dept or Lowes heating systems isle look for foil tape used to seal ducks (not duck tape!). You could try added some shielding around the SSD but be very careful not to have anything shorting to the added shielding. Protecting the rest of the logic from it's EMI/RFI noise (in your case the WiFi & Bluetooth antennas are picking up the noise). Sounds like the SSD case is not shielded or does not have enough shielding.
